Keen fifa fan but got pes2012 cheap but dont like playing with "north london" and not having the kits. What is good is Tadanari Lee's real face! i understand you can download "optionfiles" ??? can anyone explain to me how i can get round this? BOOM thanks
People make them and sell them on eBay. That's been done for years but costs another £10ish. That was for a PS2 about 4 years ago so has probably changed a lot since. FIFA fan now and won't go back. Much more realism in FIFA, just wish they would hurry up with updates and listen to suggestions on how to make the game better... Very little updates on it over the past few years..
Many years back, I bought a Playstation 2 which included Pro Evo Soccer. I bought FIFA to go with it. At the time, the PES was head and shoulders better than FIFA, in terms of playability and feel. Several years later, I upgraded to Pro Evo 5, but thought I'd check on the then latest FIFA before I bought it. Just as before, it was pretty hopeless. The graphics have always been slightly better on FIFA, but a much better feel of the playing of a football match was always PES's department. I have no idea what either are like now, as I've given the Sony away.
PES went off the boil for a few years, but it's back with a bang now. 2011 was a major improvement, and 2012 seems to be more of the same. Even more so now that I can play as Saints! Linky Bit of a mission uploading all the edit data though, involves putting all the files onto a memory stick and copying them over one by one! Full details are on the site though. ETA: PS3 only as well, at least as far as I know!
In the legend season mode thing lol how do you score? Every shot is either right at the keeper or goes flying over. Any tips?
Try and lure the keeper out, and then put it either side of him. Or go for a cheeky lob. It'll get easier as your stats increase, starts off like trying to race Formula 1 in a Mini.
