BBC:......Striker Jeanvion Yulu-Matondo has been released by Bury, just one day after signing for the League One club. The former Belgium Under-21 international, 27, agreed non-contract terms with the Shakers on Monday. But he has been let go after playing in Monday's reserves game with Bolton. "If he had shown something in that game, I might have been able to throw him on the bench - he's on the next flight to Brussels," boss Kevin Blackwell
perhaps the main problem with our squad is a lack of fitness. perhaps roland could invest in an ex army pe teacher. or a few more shawburys. fitness may well be the key to town.s future in league 1.
They should definitely be fit but I do wonder sometimes what they do when not officially training. The likes of Bradshaw, Wright, Doble, Gayle, McAllister, and Jacobson need to bulk up - some more than others.
I think of what happened to Collins - went from being angry to being strong, incredibly hard working and angry. If Doble could bulk up a bit in a similar manner to Collo, he could be a good player. I thought he showed some real flashes of technical quality and seems to have a lot more potential that Bradshaw at the moment.
Don't dare say that onn B&A Lenny! I must admit where we sat we though Doble had a few good things about him, just lacking that accuracy and guile in passing that is missing in our squad, plus obviously some more muscle.
