    OK what do you think are our best and worst performances so far this season? Hard to judge from the radio and the highlights, but the Derby away win has to be right up there for me, although an away win at West Ham is not to be sniffed at beating a high flying Southampton wasn't bad either..............I'd go for a largely unexpected win at West Ham personally as the best.

    Worst..........being turned over at home by Brighton IMO, although in all fairness Brighton were going well at that time, and played some good stuff.........but only because we let them, so for me best WHU away..........worst Brighton at home, but I'm sure you lot know different <ok>

    The 3-1 turnover by Brighton was easily the worst. We were outplayed by a well organised side. Poyet knew exactly what was needed and set it up for them. The game against them probably came to early in the season for us.

    Dunno about the WHU being the best though Proph. Brilliant end result but let's be fair, we were lucky. WH probably lost it more than we won it.

    Of the ones I've watched, Southampton was a very good performance. Other than that, I reckon the Blackpool game - we should have won it.

    Can't argue with Brighton, they caught us early before the team had time to gel, we were 2nd best in all areas that day.

    I think our best was the first 80 minutes against Barnsley our mid-field was poetry until Macca went off.

    Yep Brighton we looked like the team that had just come up but even more so they looked like a team that had come down from the prem. Out played in every area that day.

    Best so far Derby away seems a cracking result but Saints at home for me as i didnt see the Derby game in full.

    Throwing away the lead twice v Peterborough was bad but the worst overall performance so far has to be Brighton.
    Saints @ CCS for me as the best so far

    i read or heard a stat somewhere that MM has only lost 3 from 19 so far, what an excellent record that is <ok>

    as far as performances, home to saints is probably the pick of the bunch, west ham away was more smash and grab than vintage football tbh. i cant really comment on away games apart from the ones that were on tv, but i've got to say that our bogey team peterborough was probably the worst result of the season <ok>

    The best was Derby away - a thoughoughly proffessional performance and the worst was Peterborough for getting mugged
