But look at the team he manages! Has he ever managed a team that didn't have Lionel Messi in it?

Spot on mate. I would definately take Pep over Wenger right now. I love Wenger and what he has done but there is something inside me that tells me he is done with this whole Arsenal project. He has got so involved in the financial side of it that he's lost focus on the football purely.

Pep would come in and do a proper clearout and build upon the team that we have. Instill a winning mentality and excellent workrate. If he can get superstars to improve there workrate and commitment, just imagine what he could do with our players. He seems more tactically adept to Wenger who seems too subborn to change....

The question mark for me is still about his players. Even if he were to play without Messi, he still has Xavi, Iniesta, Cesc, Sanchez etc. They have Xavi, we have Ramsey. If he can make Aaron Ramsey world class, then i will see him as a top manager. Mourinho>Pep.

I would take anything the Fail says with a very large pinch of salt. I would love to see Pep here though, it would mean Wenger would have to leave quickly as the window of opportunity is extremely limited.

  6. Pep has everything Wenger does plus he knows how to motivate a team to work without the ball. He is a complete coach and has been a top player - unlike Wenger.

Getting him would be a dream and I would take him over Wenger in a heartbeat.
