Stolen from smb.. The club have been asked by Paolo to redevelop an old stone building outside Cleadon into accommodation for him and his coaching team to live together in. He wants them working, eating and living under one roof within walking distance of the academy. If true, this shows the committment from Paolo and his staff is phenomonal.
