    So the joke thread was closed after 3 reply's, but WW3 thread is not. I don't want any thread shut down down, so WTF is going on?

    Totally agree IMO the ww3 thread broke site rules, was inflammatory and had posts inciting racial hatred and it shouldn't have seen the light of day. And also IMO shame on those that posted it or think it acceptable.

    It isn't and it never will be!

    I can answer that.

    The joke thread was right under my nose.

    I read it and judged it as distasteful.

    Unfortunately, I have not read (in any depth) the WW3 thread.

    In retrospect, perhaps I should have done.

    I would like to think that is a poster is concerned about a thread, they can come to me in confidence via PM

    There are bits due to work commitments.

    You make a good point of saying you don't want any thread closed down. I feel the same, even if I don't agree with some of it, yet have to block / remove bits that may cause offence / punishment for content.

    Let me know if you think the WW3 thread should be removed.

    Did anyone PM you about the joke thread? Did it offend anyone? The WW3 was banter, the left seem to complain the most. Personally I dont give a ****, but it did annoy me that you cant have a joke thread and mention sambos, pakies, Paddys without it getting removed.
