QPR face the Gunners at the Emirates on the 26th, before hosting Crystal Palace at home two days later, which Merson has highlighted as a more important, and winnable, fixtures for the Premier League strugglers. Merson claims that Redknapp should focus on the Palace game by resting key players against Arsenal, which will then play into the Gunnersâ hands and see them thump the relegation candidates. âIf Iâm Harry, do I play my best team against Arsenal and maybe get something? Or do I rest a few and target the Crystal Palace game two days later?â Merson wrote for Sky Sports. âA good manager like Harry will work this out and Iâd be shocked if he had a full side out. I donât blame him one bit if he doesnât, because QPR are not likely to get anything at Arsenal. âPalace at home is 100 times bigger than Arsenal away.â QPR have been fighting their way out of the relegation zone, having enjoyed a spell of god form lately, but they are not expected to get much from the game at Arsenal, with Merson predicting a 4-0 win for the home side.
