Looks like they're taking a leaf out of our book, father/son link up.

In all seriousness though, the bloke's not exactly set the management world alight. Must be desperate.

suppose that's Tom tied up to them then, as Paul was saying he shouldn't move to Liverpools bench

It would't surprise me if he has been appointed just to keep Tom there.

That Oyston bloke does seem a bit of a twat.

With Ince as their manager it's one less team we have to worry about.

Blackpool aren't suddenly a bad side, they can do us a few favours too. They play Leicester at home next week. I liked ince as a player, he's done ok as a manager. Always had a sensible haircut too, and made is lad have one.

Ince has now been confirmed as the new Blackpool manager and Grayson has been appointed manager of Preston.

It makes sense in a way because nobody is in a better position to take the Blackpool job IMO. He is there every match in order to watch Tom, so he has seen the strengths and weaknesses throughout the Season.

He could nurture Tom properly and see to his full development, advising him on transfer moves etc etc.

I think this is one to watch really.

Grayson won't succeed at Preston. He's a complete ponce.

Should have waited and given Di Canio a shot at it, he'd announced last week that he was going to resign if the takeover wasn't sorted.
