Paul Ince back into management and loses his first game in 'charge' (only been there a few days) as Steve Morison scores his first goal for mighty champions of europe and champions of the championship leeds

a sign of things to come for all concerned?

Good luck to steve, it didn't work out here but he isn't a bad player. He needs the right environment and hopefully he's got it at Leeds. Some people formulated an amazing attitude toward steve and were never going to let it go. I found the whole situation very sad.

I think Moro will do well at Leeds - hope he does. I don't think he fits our style this season but as JRF says scored some vital goals for us last season - WBA, QPR and the Gunner all away are the obvious ones but his bullet header against Sunderland at home was good and his peach of a volley against Blackburn was the best of the lot as far as I am concerned.

Never had much time for "The guvnor" and hope he is destined for a roy keane type management experience.

Steve on the other hand, scored goals last season that contributed massively to survival. all the best sir.

I think he is a championship player really but he tried his best for us (most of the time).
So we have 4 of them and they have 2 of ours, who will be next on the NCFC/LUFC exchange?

If Morison keeps playing like he did last night we'll be selling him to you in the summer.

I still remember when Morison left Per Meretesacker on his backside and plundered a goal against Arsenal! Good memories of the bloke!

His finish last night was great, opened his body up to dummy curling into the far post then whipped it into the near top corner.

That's the thing about Steve Morison; he can't dribble or pass to save his life but you give him the ball near the goal and he sure can put it away! It's no secret that his head is his greatest asset, but he can finish too and is a lot faster than he looks.

Steady on, we'll be questioning why we sold him if we keep going like this! <laugh>
