He seems to be very keen to answer questions at the moment, as if he's exorcising all demons and clearing his closet. I really am beginning to wonder you know....
I dont think the Allams are heading in the right direction to please the fans. Perhaps with a stronger chairman Duffen would do well, heh.
SPIN SPIN and nothing but SPIN. Dont beleave a word he says. If Dufferman wants to help Hull City then he can start by getting back the money he and Bartlett away. Selling his yacht in the South of France would also be a nice added extra.
In short Duffer says that Adam is not the man many think he is. Well thats rich coming from The Duffer.
Oh I dont, it is just a classic example of what someone would do who was trying desperately to get back onside. Engage with the public, answer question in at what at face value seems an honest and apprachable manner, dont dodge the tough questions or hide from them.... It's all very interesting.
i wonder what the reaction from fans would be if the Allams brought back the Duffen/Brown dream team ?
As I said on here when this first broke, I honestly think there's a chance. This isnt based on any tip-off by the way, pure guesswork and i always state when its FACT. I just think the pieces fit (Adam going, Duffen's new public approach, Brown unemployed....erm thats about it
Again, I want to clarify that I never said I wanted him back nor do I necessarily see the logic of such a decision. I said I think there's a chance of it happening.
Speaking of FACTS, assuming Barmby leaves it is unlikely that the next manager would want to sign the same players, so if Elden Jakupovic has been signed for weeks as you've said a few times, he will presumably be one of our first signings anyway and if he isn't then we'll know you were wrong! That said, I still hope Barmby stays.
I've tweeted him a few times in the last few days, he seems to think we got a good deal for Turner, and that he was only worth £1.5million more than McShane and Gardner. Therefore, I want him nowhere near our club again.
He signed a pre contract and that can be ripped up now the circumstances have changed. He couldnt officially sign, as I said all along, because his contract with his current club hasnt officially ended. The signing of pre-contracts in this manner is total commonplace now. And it was FACT, but I doubt we'll see him now.
Yes - I said it couldnt be announced for obvious reasons cos he was still contracted to his Greek club. When I say it's FACT, it's FACT. FACT.
Duffen on Twitter, I think if he had anything to do with Hull in the future it would be people wanting to Twatter Duffen.
