"It's summed our season up in one game. We promise so much and yet we fail to deliver. That's where we are as a team at the minute.
"We're a League Two team with League Two players, I'm a League Two manager and, with that, you get inconsistencies. We've offered too many this season in my opinion to be promoted automatically.
"We have all believed that we could have been promoted automatically. With that result and performance, no matter what happens this season now, there'll be a squiggle against us."

After yesterday I think the play-offs is all we can hope for. He's right but some of that lays at his door. I think he's a good Manager and I'm happy with the progress but at Home he needs to change our formation - away it works but at home it seems to just play into opposition hands. They don't need 4 at the back to mark one player and so push another body into midfield or upfront and we get nothing sticking up front to allow anything to happen. Annoying because this team should have been on the heels of the automatics and safe for the play offs.

    Spot on Eastney <ok>

We should have started the game with McNulty and Smith, or McNulty and Chaplin, up front, and left Bennett on the bench.

What I am even more concerned about is the fact that Ryan Fulton will be away on Scotland Under 21 duty for two matches over Easter, with the frightening thought of Brian Murphy replacing him in goal <yikes>. I'd much rather Paul Cook either recalled Paul Jones from his loan deal at Crawley, or bring in Alex Bass for his debut.

What a disappointing weekend. Plymouth and Oxford both lost so a win for us, which we would have expected before kick off, would have put us just three points off the automatic spots.
Inconsistency is in danger of costing us dear.

I am still full of frustration now......several days after getting back from the game.........having been one of the ones that traveled up to Accy to see us literally rip them apart with ease......to come back down saaaarf and see us get ripped apart to witness our worse game of the season, performance, fitness, enthusiasm.........idea, flare, determination.........I could go on and on, it was all missing, left somewhere up the M56!!!!!

I, like many fail to see how this squad goes from being so brilliant to so crap in 72 hrs! week in week out...............personally, I am not so sure the play offs are a realistic hope with other teams coming in to form below us, and some with a game in hand........and I am not even sure we are ready for the leap to L1 yet.

The beeb site reports your manager as saying automatic promotion is no longer on. That's just bullshit and if he genuinely believes that then he should not be anywhere near a professional outfit. It is still all to play for for at least the teams in the top 7 apart from champions which is sewn up now. Infact anyone in the top 9 or even 10 could still do automatic. Every club in that top 10 has had spells where they couldn't buy consistency even Northampton. They seem to have solved theirs now and have flown but the rest are so up and down week on week that it's far too difficult to call. One week Argyle play like champions and the next like a pub team. It pee's me off too but it has been that kind of league for the last 5 years. Newport looked buggered not long ago and now they are points in hand and have just stuffed you. Yeovil were the same and have flown in recent games. That's the bottom of the league doing this and taking points off anyone and everyone. Why should the top be any different? Hang on folks because it's going to be a bumpy ride.
