Most of you will know that I backed McGhee this season longer than most. Although, I was very vocal against him showing my frustration with his constant mistakes. Yes McGhee is old news now but I found interesting the comments made by Tom Parkes about his time under McGhee playing in certain positions.... Parkes said: "I enjoyed playing in midfield, but I'm still a centre-back. I don't even want to go there by talking about the time I played on the left of midfield. I'm not the quickest, so I wouldn't mind if I never played there again!" Just what the hell was McGhee thinking playing Parkes at LW?? I frustrated at the time but looking back now, I feel even more frustrated now and angry that we can now clearly see what **** McGhee has got us in! Anyone else feel the same?
CJ May I suggest that you move on,Its not worth expending any more time navel gazing what ifs. The positive (if there is one) you can relax in the knowledge that MM will play no part in our relegation battle, his tactics formation and positional lineup are consigned to Rovers history At least our board made a decision to cut him loose, unlike our noisy neighbours who may yet regret backing there man all the way to L1 It looks as if we go down we will go down fighting not with a wimper.
