    I think pardew would be right to send him out on loan for the rest of the season, we've got enough full back cover and it can only improve his game.

    This. Whilst he is almost good enough for the first team we have 3 players who can slot in at right back if needs be, no point letting him twiddle his thumbs in the reserves in case someone gets injured. Let the lad see if he can cope in the Championship.

    good choice rather he had league games then reserves can only be good for the lad and the club

    Good move to send him out again. Games in the championship will bring him on more than reserve team football.

    Pardew's comments will also hopefully give Simmo a warning re the deal on offer. Basically ... don't get too greedy with your demands there is somebody near your level ready to step up and take your place.
