    Has said that we have got the whole £35m to spend in the summer, on Sky Sports website

    He said we are already hot on the heals of players - most believed to be playing in France currently

    Do you believe that we have the whole money?

    Exciting summer ahead IMO....

    Dunno, about exciting but certainly interesting, i doubt we'll have the whole £35 mil to spend and i think that it would be a little irresponsible to spend it all in the summer and have nothing left over for the winter.

    Yeah I would not mind if it was £20mish TBH. Hope all our signings arent foreign though - would like some English players

    I believe we will see the WHOLE £35m spent in 2011, and probably a whole lot more. On fees and wages though. In my opinion, we have already spent some on Tiote's contract, Ireland's loan and will potentially spend some on contracts for Enrique, Barton and Nolan. Who knows what this will leave us with but like Mike Ashley promised, "all the money from the Carroll sale will be re-invested in the squad."

    Very cunningly, he will/has kept his word.

    For me, any money generated by player sales has to go back into the club. After all, this is not coming out of Ashley's pocket directly and goes along with his policy of the club becoming self sufficient.
    35 mil on players and wages will be the score I reckon. If the reports are true about us bidding for this left back are true then any money from the sale of Enrique has to be pumped back in too.
    The French Market generally produces decent talent for fair money so fingers crossed we get a few across the line that we have been linked with.
    What is apparent is that we are desperate for strikers. We might as well be playing with no one up front at the minute with how weak our strike force is.

    Think of it like this though, we already have 2 new signings in Ben arfa and gosling next season. We've came is far without them this season so having them fit and ready next year will be as if we have signed 2 new players.

    I'd love him, but we have to keep dreaming I think. He'll end up at a top top team, and if not, Lille are pretty certain to have Champions League football next year

    If they're all thought to be playing in France, then i hope they'll be a tad better than Sessegnon or whatever his name is.
