    Well, not quite but apparently he's using Wyscout to check out potential transfer targets. Probably costs Mike less than employing the required number of actual scouts.

    Not against this! Football Manager involves a very wide, genuine scouting base which, if nothing else, highlights appropriate weaknesses and strengths of players. Good first port of call.
