    West Bromwich Albion have parted company with manager Alan Pardew after eight successive league defeats.

    The 56-year-old was appointed on 29 November after the Baggies sacked Tony Pulis following a run of 10 Premier League games without a victory.

    A 2-1 defeat at home to Burnley on Saturday left Albion 10 points from safety with six games left.

    First-team coach Darren Moore will take charge of first-team affairs "until further notice", the club said.

    The club statement read: "West Bromwich Albion and Alan Pardew have agreed to mutually part company following discussions between both parties.

    "Assistant head coach John Carver will also be leaving.

    "The club would like to thank Alan and John for their efforts and wish them well in their future endeavours."

    Think they’ve dropped a bollock letting Carver go as well, he’s clearly the best coach in the league

    Does anyone know what is happening with the four West Brom players who are alleged to have taken a taxi on a night out in Barcelona? The latest news I had was that they were going to get off with it due to a lack of evidence.

    Does anyone have an update on what the club have done and what the Spanish polis are saying?

    This is all part of Mike Ashley's long term plan to install his best mate Pards as the new manager of (Ashley's old foe) Dave Whelan's footballing love...Wigan Athletic.

    In case you didn't know, Alan Pardew is an anagram of 'Rape DW Alan'.

    Pards will then take Wigan down. You read it here first...:)

    Thanks for getting our club relegated and good luck with destroying anyone else daft enough to employ you?

    These PR statements are always hilarious, but that one is just unbelievable.

    Looks like this is the moment Pardew gets booted out of the gang of old duffers that always get Prem job, hopefully Hughes will balls up at Soton and he'll mo longer be part of the clique too.
