When you get beaten fair and square, like Rangers did a couple of weeks past, you accept it and hope for a better performance the next match. However, that was impossible last night, due to blatant bias, towards the green and grey hordes. We always hear the Bheasts moaning they are treated badly and all they want is fairness. Rangers were cheated last night, no question about it. Every Bear leaving that slum last night, was not talking about tactics, being beaten or injuries. No - every single person was talking about the disgraceful performance from Murray. Rangers must seek clarification this morning. If it's good enough for the Bheasts to do it, for no real reason, it's good enough for Rangers to do, when we were blatantly cheated. ------------------------ The referee from last night, will no doubt look back at his performance and cringe when he sees his mistakes. Right from the first few minutes, blatant goal kicks were being given as corners, every 50/50 tackle, Celtic were awarded free kicks, free kicks which should have gone Rangers way, were not given and as for the sending offs, there's no need to say anything about how ludicrous they were. With Rangers missing top players and having a referee like Murray, they had no chance last night. Will Callum Murray now be safe from the witch hunt after his dire performance? ---------------------------- And Whittaker's sending off? You know the one, which left us with 10 men for 2/3's of the game? Never, ever, ever a sending off. Callum Murray has proven one thing about Scottish football. InTIMidation works. Shocking refereeing, biased, bad night at the office, call it what you will. But Rangers played an important cup game, for most of the game, with a man (two including ref) less than the Bheasts. Both sending offs were ridiculous and both undeserved. ------------------------------------------ Stewart Regan, the Taig patsy at the SFA, Has defended Murray, saying he kept his composure. Looks like Regan being summoned to Liewell's office a few months back and running along with his tail between the legs, has finally paid off. Murray should never referee another Rangers game. ------------------------------------------ I see Big mouth Thompson is getting his excuses in already. Blame someone else, point the accusing finger first, deflect any criticism away from yourself, get your lies in before the other side can tell the truth. The dignified silence approach from Rangers must end this morning and the truth be told about what happened last night. We may even have to ask for clarity, on the disgraceful antics of Callum Murray last night. If other refs can be shunted out of the game for so called bias, let's have parity and remove Murray for good. --------------------------------------------- Life is sweet
**** off Dev. Bad decisions happen and they even themselves out through the course of the season. ****ing end of!
Bollo, i'm only showing the evidence that Celtic fans are not the only ones who complain of "Bias" or "Dodgy decisions". Even the Daily Record today has Gers fans moaning that Murray was scared of Celtic. It's hilarious.
I thought the ref did rather well in the circumstances. Sure there was the ridiculous decision to book Brown. And of course not to book Whitaker for his lunge on Izzy in the first minute. There was a goal kick Rangers should have gotten as well...other than that, he did ok. Even in spite of the manhandling he got on two occasions. The complaints don't really stack up with reality.
Bougherra should have been off for that tackle on Hooper, man handled the ref twice as well when he was showing cards.
