In my eyes PDC would of sorted this club out big time but we got a pussy owner who backs the rubbish players all the time. we may have gone down with him but in the long run we would of had players fighting for this club not like the players we got now.
Considering the squad rebelled against PDC it's kinda hard to see how he would of got more out of them.

Di Canio is the ONLY reason we are down there. With Poyets points average over 38 games we'd have stayed up. Absolute fact. Irrefutable actually. A bad penalty decision cost us tonight IMO. We played the better football but had zero luck. Our deflections all fell harmlessly whereas theirs ended up in the back of the net. Poet will take us forward. What, exactly, could the owner do when the players rebelled in September? Sack them all and play the u19's... Oh yes, that would've got us miles more points!
Since he came Poyet has averaged more than 1 point per game.
Before he came we had 1 point from 7 games.
If he had started at the beginning of the season it`s not unreasonable to suggest we could have had (by the same average) another 6 points. (16th)
2 games in hand @2 points = 13th.
Considering what he`s had to work with the man has worked wonders.
He is to be commended imo. It`s the players who should be condemned.
