Evening all missed the game v west brom due to working a night shift,read all the reports from the game but I was wondering about your thoughts on his debut

 

Turned the game from his first minute on the pitch .Bony is the only player to come to the team in a very long time that has got me excited as much as Paloschi .I might be jumping the gun , but I'm jumping .......in joy .

 

Very good movement and linked up well with Gylfi in attack. Held the ball up well, very strong, likes running at goal and looks very confident shooting at goal.

In fact, the only thing that was missing from his debut was a goal, and he could have had 2 if it was not for some good keeping by the WBA goalie.

I'd give his debut an 8.5 out of 10.

 

He was mobile, quick, interested and seeking to join up with others - refreshing to say the least. Am I wrong or did he hit the post on Tuesday?

 

Your right and he hit the keepers hand that didn't have time to move with a blistering close in shot after being set up beautifully by Routs .......can you tell I'm excited ...lol

 

Yes, very impressive indeed. Good to see the Coach say today that he's ready to start games. That implies he won't be on the bench on Saturday.

 

I don't think he'll be on the bench ever again

 

If you want to see the quality and attributes of Paloschi go onto u tube and download his debut with ACMilan where he comes on as a sub and scores a stunner after being on the pitch for 18 seconds . Ability to stay onside , timing , set up for a shot and the shot itself ...super goal .

I am saying not a lot about him yet, a good debut but a long way to go, It looks like he may be the real deal and exactly what we have been looking for. I will make my judgement after 5 or so games, when he had time to adjust and see if there are goals in him. I am not going to be the one who lauds him as the best ever only to slaughter if he doesn't score after a few game.

Looks a great signing and very exciting, just give him time before bigging him up to much.

 

I agree about the bigging up TLF but credit where it's due. He looks like a bit of a poacher to me and we need that. His debut for us was impressive too. Unlucky not to grab couple. Here's hoping....

 

More importantly for me is if we score rather than him score .If we score , guarenteed he will be a big part of it .
Team goals is what I will base my thoughts on toward Paloschi , but I think he will be scoring .
Ayew has got 8 goals but the team were lost without a good striker and overall team goals took a dive in general .

 

Nobody is lauding him as far as i can see. we are just saying after looking at his video's that he looks a good finisher and the little time we saw him at WBA he was in the thick of things straight away......The signs look good that at last we have a decent striker and im confident this is the player we have been missing all season...time will tell...

 

You haven't read everyone's comments from others then, some are to quick to praise and then far to quick to criticise, just give the boy time.
