I keep oscillating from thinking we'll be fine to near panic!

You could look negatively and argue that he would only need to fight it it's likely the other side will put up a fight as well! Ergo, he thinks we're going to need to fight once they've found us guilty :(

Personally, I would rather Paladini winds his neck in and says nothing until after the event. We've just been given a sub judicy advantage by the Sun and it's just not wise to complicate matters by him speaking before the Hearing.

Bit worrying that he feels the need to comment at this stage on his ambitions for the prem and record of getting decent investors in for the fans...

Suggests to me he's not confident that he's coming out of this in one piece. Hmmm.

Paladini should of gone from Rangers
Having him still here works against us in my opinion

Though sacking him Andy would be seen as an admission of guilt. There's nowte we can do but wait.

If the F.A rule against us then having him here would make the punishment worse in my opinion
    But maybe i'm wrong

He clearly expects to have to fight the ruling. This is bad news. I read somewhere that clubs agree to abide by FA rulings while part of a league and would need to resign before being able to mount a true legal action. That being said I can see this going all the way in the courts.
