Yeah really hope he makes it, get rid of Yossi and Marin and give this lad his much deserved chance. Don't want another Kakuta on our hands.
Kakuta always had an attitude problem. Piazon was excellent against Villa and unlucky not to score. The one thing I'll give Benitez credit for is using the youth more effectively.
Would love to see him get a chance, though not holding my breath with our muppetts still in place. Wouldn't be quite so quick to write off Marin, he had a poor season ,but a bad injury and little game time. He wouldn't be the first import to take time to show his value.
hmmmm Marin has something like 5 years on Piazon, and with Mata, Oscar, Hazard and Moses already before him in the pecking order, it's not looking good for him. I'd like the club to sell him on, and bring DeBruyne back from loan.
Can't argue with your logic, but remember Matic???? He was seriously impressive for Benfica tonight and is a target for Man U and Barcelona. Marin could turn out the same, but we can't play them all.
