    Cant believe he would do that....goalkeepers rarely manage to nick the place of the number 1....unless Green makes some real howlers.

    That'd be fantastic if true, and would show a great attitude from Paddy.. I would find very surprising though. Think I'll wait for it on the offish before celebrating.

    If Hart unfortunately gets injured and as Given is now pants, we could well have the England and Ireland number ones! As opposed to them being number twos.

    Now i dont want to sound like 'Mystic Cerny' but in one of the articals i read yesterday from MH, he said that Green was joining part of his 'goalkeeping squad'? So i thought maybe he might not be going after all.
    Anyway i hope he stays but if he left i would wish him all the best as he has been a top servant to us.

    won't happen . He has 12 months left on his current contract. If kenny spent one more year at number 2 then fine , but 2 more years no way. He will not be fit enough for PL in a couple of years time... ( his not fit enough now ) .

    If he has signed ( I didn't know an extension had been offered) it may be because he's not confident of matching his current package elsewhere. Doesn't mean he won't be sold/ loaned.
