After a slow start Ozil has been very good. I haven't been watching the German league this season so have no idea how those others are getting on. Player of the year in this league (so far) Vardy cloudlet followed by Mahrez and then Ozil.
Clutching at straws there, he may well be your best player but he's certainly not in there with the 3 I mentioned.
Nah, he's been injured at times, poor at times and brilliant at times. Hopefully brilliant again v the Mancs this weekend.
Liverpool were the only team that has stopped us playing this season ... Firminho played but the thought of moving closer to Huth seemed to deter him from venturing over the half-way line ... had a couple of good games lately but has done nothing close to what Mahrez has done this season ..
Are we talking player of the year 2015? Or player of the season 2015-16? The original post was linked to an article about a German player of the year 2015, but it seems to have drifted quite a way from that.
Since returning from injury last season Ozil has been fantastic, not surprised at all he has won German footballer of the year.
Having actually read the article now it seems it's for his performances for Germany, so apparently both nationally and at club level he is very appreciated by the fans!
It's between Mahrez and Payet, it's no coincidence we dropped places when he got injured, then climbed back up as soon as he returned.
undoubtedly .. wouldn't swap our own guy for anybody .. what he did to Wolshield was worth the entrance money alone.. but Payet is exceptional ..
