    Just had a quick foray over to the Owlstalk forum to see how positive the wendies are for saturdays game and there's a bit of a range from 0-6 to a city win of 3-1 and lots inbetween. Here's a few excerpts;

2-2 FF and Hooper to score for us, can't see us winning it but looking at that goal Ruddy let in if we get something on target it might go in!
They've noticed capt dependable between the sticks!

6-0 to the Wednesday.......FF runs riot with a double hat trick in front of Sky cameras, to celebrate his new 40k a week , 5 year deal at Hillsborough.
Nigel Pearson co- commenting for Sky says, 'Yes, I have recently tried to sign him, but FF turned round to me and said, this is the greatest club in the Championship Nige, flip OFF, I'm staying at Hillsborough.'

    or
0 - 4 to the owls, Norwich have 2 men sent off and hooper scores an hatrick with abdi adding the 4th
    Very positive!

Yep 1-1 would be a superb result, doesn't seem to have been the expectation for this season at Norwich as there has been at Villa and Newcastle but would too many on here be surprised if they run away with this division?
Complimentry with a hint of optimism

A 3 -1 defeat Norwich are the league winners for me and will be strong at home and we struggle away

If Hooper plays he needs a chance along with Fletcher (if fit) ..just feel this partnership could yield rich pickings. Been banging on about but we have to use Hooper properly if he is going to start scoring again.... If he is stuck up there on his own he wont add anything. if Fletcher doesn't make it, i'd have five in midfield, Joao up front on his own with Buckley coming in on the right.
Not convinced Bannan is right for the holding role but we are light on options.
1-1 hanging on by our fingernails

They don't fancy Hooper as a lone striker any more than Neil

Genuinely think we will get a positive result from this one with Hooper playing a pivotal role.
If we don't manage to take points home with us I hope we don't go into meltdown because Norwich are a top side with a settled squad of experienced top end championship players.
Going for another 1-0 that man Hooper.
    Another feeling positive

And whilst a number of other feel they can get a result (Possibly a slight majority) I'll leave you with this hopefully very wise mans opinion

Spot on. If you were to tell me we'd lose only one league match all season I'd expect that to be Norwich away.
They are in the same position as Burnley were last season (and to a lesser extent Hull) having kept their manager and much of the squad that got them promoted two years ago. So they know how to play in this league and are probably stronger now (and certainly richer) than when they last went up.
Norwich will probably win this league at a canter while Newcastle and Villa continue to delude themselves.
It would be wonderful to get something out of this game, and a real statement of intent if we can make a game of it, but I am not at all optimistic. We do though stand a decent chance over the season of being in with a shout for the second auto promotion spot. Main challengers for it will be Derby and Brighton

    Bah!

    Thanks General.
We'd better win, otherwise I've lost £5 at the bookies!! <laugh>
I don't think it will be easy, but I'm hoping for the win!!

it'll be a tough game. The Wendies are one of the teams I expect will push for the autos along with the Nukes, Derby, Brighton and ourselves. It will be a very tight game - I expect us to triumph but there will be little in it.

I would put this down as one of the hardest home games we get this season (barring Cup games) but think one of 1-0, 2-0, 2-1 home win is the most likely outcome
