Old crock, can't run, can't hold up the ball, can't win headers? Yeah why not ;)

He's basically Defoe but totally past it and considering I'm not even sure I want Defoe to stay it's a no from me.

    No.

Absolutely not. He's barely played for 7 years.

Could maybe still do a job for someone like West Ham.

No. I'd like to see Sturridge at the end of Bale's and Lennon's crosses.

Worth a punt? Only if that punt carries him into the Thames.

  8. I rather fear that Owen is shortly going to be plying his trade in China, or Kuwait. Somewhere very far away from the EPL.

I think he would be a Usefull addition around the team. Defoe might learn how to poach a bit, which to be fair, he is **** at. Avb will want a falcao type and defo isn't like that.

Lovely, lovely Spurs fans. So intelligent. I'm so proud.
Clearly a no, glad everyone agrees.

Only worth a punt if he's on a pay as you play contract, its 11.59pm on transfer deadline day and we've sold defoe and vdv and not brought in ANY forwards. Even then, play Kane/Coulibaly with Owen on the bench

You don't want him, what's the point of giving someone 30k plus a week to sit in the physio room.

I'd rather we as a club didn't take 'punts' of any description.

If that role is up for grabs, I can injure myself very easily. Where do I apply?

Worth a punt up the arse, we don't need someone taking up a valuable place in our 25 man squad. If Ledleys not going to make it into next season, Owen doesn't isn't fit (gettit) to fill his place in the physio room.

    Wages too high
    Injured too often

Two simple reason to say no.
