Overall thought we did quite well, very skillfull Everton side who for the mostpart we kept quiet.

Pants- made 1 great save to bale out Bridcutt and apart from diving over the pen was very solid, he's looking like No1 now
    Reveillire- another solid show
Wes/Jos looked solid together again, thank f&^k for no own goals
Vergini- again very solid, tried to get forward when possible
Bridcutt- apart from 1 suicide back pass was very good, couple of good blocks in the box, linked up well, knocked Lukaku off the ball and that takes some doing
Seb- very solid and great free kick
AJ- bit on the edge but did a job keeping Baines very quiet
Whickham- more involved, lucky to stay on after giving pen away
Gomez- again very slick, might have gone for dive as 2nd bookable
fletch- worked hard on little, tracked around and did his best to get all involved

Buckley- was a threat from coming on
Rodwell- did ok but didn't set the ground alight

Ref- thought he just about got everything right, especially the big ones

Still not creating enough though. It's worries me. Great point though with nobody letting themselves down apart from Connor again. You'd think with so many hailling him as this 40k player there'd be more defence for the lad. <whistle>

The ref was allround shocking, miles of the pace and had to guess decision as a result. You're not supposed to guess decisions, if you don't see it you don't give it. There were 4 players blocking his view of the penalty incident and the incident had it's back to him. If he'd seen it he'd have sent Wickham off so that proved he was just guessing.

The linesman, who had a spot on view never flagged for a penna. Mind you he was as bad as Mason.
With a few creative players now almost free of injuries I think and hope we will get better.
Having said that I thought yesterday was a very good performance
