I'm referring ofcourse to the likes of gotze, hazard, mvila, eriksen etc who are desired by clubs world wide for inflated prices. With regards to over rated i would go for hazard for my most desirable i would go for gotze (i realize this isn't a possibility as far as arsenal is concerned)
