Does anyone else hate that word?

We hear it all the time with companies out sourcing their operations to China and India growing their economies but doing **** all for the Uk's economy. Manufacturing is also out sourced so that the UK manufacturing industry is non existent.

No wonder the country is in the toilet. Bring UK jobs back to the UK and start manufacturing goods again and the country will flourish and it will hurt India and China who, despite being cash rich, are doing nothing to help the global economy.

And that is my 2 cents.

We need to scrap employment laws and unions in this country and use slave labour. That would make Britain Great again :D

I'm sure they will. Just as soon as UK workers are prepared to work as cheaply as Chinese and Indian workers.

It goes in circles. For example, India are losing their outsourced software development hand over fist because it turns out they're ****e at it and companies are catching on that the development they thought they got on the cheap ends up costing them more.

But Chinese and Indian workers don't have the quality that UK workers do. I can attest to this as I deal with them daily. The old saying of you get what you pay for really is true.

My company has started sending work to a new Indian office. I'll get drawings back from them and basically have to start again from scratch because it would take too long to fix their mistakes <doh>

I've outsourced all my housework to a family of Abbos.

It only costs me three fingers of whisky a day.

    Silly prehistoric buggers.

In fact, our company had out sourced a lot more work to India but had to bring it back to the UK because we were better at it.

Yes but throw them their daily onion bhaji or noodle soup and their happy. An average UK salary would keep half of Calcutta in curry for a lifetime.

On second thoughts best not throw the soup in a literal sense<ok>

If you go anywhere near a software development forum (such as MSDN) the place is lousy with these morons basically asking how to write the software they were hired to write. **** off you cheeky ****s.

some think its a joke but there is a lot of truth in the 'slave labour' argument

Its all fair and well fighting for or introducing a minimum wage, but the bottom line is that long term it leads to more unemployment
