Pritchard has an option for a further 12 months on top of his initial 12 month contract <ok>. Can't see that not being taken up.

Out of all of them I'd only want to see Pritchard offered a contract and possibly Mambo.

Dickplum is right though, Hughes signed a two year contract <ok>

Also how did you find out Alonso is out of contract? Everywhere says the duration was undisclosed :(

I read it on the minutes from a fans meeting with CP. They also asked what his situation was and CP just said he had to work on his fitness to be considered for selection.

Thats fair enough then. I always found it quite peculiar that they never announced his contract length, I assumed he was perhaps on a 'pay as you play' contract, and they didn't want word getting out unless someone else tried sign him on a full time contract.

The signing has been a mystery to all. I think most assume it was a Vetere signing, and obviously CP never had any plans for him. Good for CP, as the decision appears to be the correct one with his team being champions elect.

That said, the person who has been affected the most is Alonso. I hope he gets a decent move and able to pursue his career. The players have mentioned a few times that whilst he keeps himself to himself, he is a good guy (and apparently very intelligent).
