I understand MON wants some out on loan to gain experience and such forth, but who in our current youth setup is ready or could be in the next year?

Ryan Noble? Make or break season for me unfortunately, if he gets his chance
Craig Lynch - think if he performs well at Hartlepool he might be considered for some friendlies/cup games next year
Billy Knott - currently our brightest prospect in the academy if you ask me, think he could be pushing for McCleans spot soon
John Egan - believe he is 20 and therefore same as Noble IMO, make or break
Louis Laing - another bright prospect who is supposedly rated by the youth coaches, be interesting to see how far he can go
Roarie Deacon - signed last year and mainly been used in reserve team , do we know much about him? Looked alright in short spells in Korea
Jordan Pickford - named as our 3rd keeper, must be alright otherwise I think Mon would have brought a 3rd in, would like to see the lad given a chance
Conor Wickham - arguably still developing and I would say could seriously benefit from a loan move, build his confidence up and make him a better player

Anyone I missed? Anything you disagree with?

Think you got most of them but there is Blair Adams the left back who Mon had a good look at in pre-season.

Personally think the first one to break through will be Egan. The lad already plays for Ireland u21s and won't struggle physically. Saw 15 mins of Laing and Knott at Pools in pre-season an they looked ok, not out of place.

There are some exciting prospects in the U18s as well.
