I´ve not changed my mind since last posting here In fact, I´m even more sure, We will find the points to stay one more year While three others will say adieu The next three will prove if that is to be so Where three wins would crush any doubt, And even three draws might just have a go Of keeping us in with a shout They will feel aggrieved after Saturday And that ought to act as a spur, Especially as we pushed them all the way Until the ´lino´ caused a stir Contrary to some it´s in our own hands Especially these first three of five, All struggling themselves, doing no handstands Nervously hoping to survive Maximum points is maybe asking much But two out of three seems to me, A scenario not too out of touch With potential reality We stifled the threats for much of the game From all of the Gunners big guns, While posing our own when the chances came We had them at times on the run So if we can take the positives there Into this vital triple spree, Surely the one-pointers we´ve so had to bear Will become multiplied by three.
