Since we're already relegated, and will probably finish last do you think we should continue playing our first team, or start bleeding in some of the youngsters? Deep down, I think SOD knew we were ****ed when he took the job, so he's recalled some youngsters in the hope of giving them some game time before next season. I really hope that SOD starts playing youth, and starts experimenting now to see who he wants to stay and who will be on their way out.
We will finish bottom of the table Ender 9 points to play for and there is a 10 point gap between us and Barnsley. The season is now over and pretty much pointless. The Chairman says we will be selling players in the summer. I would expect that to be Adomah and maybe Baldock and Davies (not my choice, but who else can we 'sell' when others are out of contract anyway). Who knows, Fontaine and Nyatanga might also bring in £100k each. So we should definately set ourselves up with youngsters.
I don't think he did, but it is like everything else people have a way to do things......we could easily be in the mix now but for a couple of awkward problems like ADDY GOING TO AFRICA...losing our strikers etc ! look at the results 1-1 against Sheff..lost 2 points 3 0-0 where 1 goal would have given us 6 pts 5 loses by 1 goal which would have given us 5 pts.. results against BBurn BPool Wolves Sheff would have given us 12 points instead of 2 Brighton were there for the taking... Bolton should have been a draw......had we been good enough we could have done enough
