Our next 5 games

I'm only seeing a max of 4 points out of those fixtures, a win at home to Swansea and a draw at QPR.

I'm not happy about that but I honestly can't see it being any better.

They do leak a few goals though. Just whether we can keep them out!
 
WBA do have a habit of producing some OK teams, and this is one of those periods. Delighted though I am for them (without doubt some of the best fans in the country) I'd like to see refs get tough on these teams that blatantly flaunt their blue and white stripes. This is clearly subliminal advertising for Tesco, and the Premier League needs to get a grip and issue red cards in the run up to November 5.

I'm going for somewhere between 0 and 15 points from these games. Predict Saints games? We all need to get out more.

There is still a long, long way to go. Let's not forget how many teams have started that well and faded away and ultimately went down.
 
Five to seven points seems realistic to me. I'd like to get more but we will need a stronger defense and some players back (Gaston!!) to get much more. I'm not sure 7 points gets us far from 17th place though.
 
So the lowest vote is for only four points. We all seem to agree we will win at least one of these next five. So worst case scenario we should still be out of the bottom three and the next transfer window is then fast approaching.
 
Have bumped this as looking at the fixtures again after playing West Ham and Spurs we have what look like five very winnable games in November. WBA and QPR away and three home games against Swansea, Newcastle and Norwich.

So out of our next seven matches I can see us winning at least three and getting a draw. Gives us another 10 points and 14 points after 14 games. I'd be reasonably content with that.

I'd be ecstatic with 14 points from 14 games. That is definitely on course for survival, in fact if we carried on getting 10 points from every 7 games from then on we'd be comfortably top half.

It's still early days of course and even more so for us as we have not faced many of the teams that will be in the final shake up, there's plenty of times for teams to get out of, or into, trouble. I'm getting a bit tired of the 20 goals in 7 stat, because 12 of them were against last year's top 3. Might just be me but I still think our defence is ok.
