Either passes or wins!... In no doubt now certain players not up to it and I would shift them.by hook or by crook now!.... The midfield is not working in any way shape and form and there is an alarming lack of pace through out the side!
..three more wins should keep us safe as some poor poor sides below us but I think jhf has to
Now start providing us with regular proof he us the man for the job and we are upwardly mobile..not in ten minute cameos then utter dross!

Unless we are prepared to give some of our youngsters a chance let's scrap the acadamy as its just a waste of time and money...I hope that's not the case....I'd like to see us end the season with purpose and a belief next season will see a vast improvement in results and entertainment as its surely what we aspire to!...... I'm off to church now!

I sat there yesterday and saw a mid to lower QPR team. Shocking for what players we have at the club.

Everybody seems to be shocked where we are but at the start of the season, many of us were worried we may go down again.

Here we are, with another new manager, we've just sold our best striker, another set of targets from TF and yet, were still mid table.
With everything that has happened throughout this season, I'm happy with that.
A good shot of stability combined with a good manager & some good younger players may just give us a future that we so much wish for.

Bartender, give me a shot of mid table obscurity for the season, please.
We'll live to fight another day when were better suited for it.

Not being able to string two passes together is a trait we have suffered from for years now, Barton was the worst culprit for this in my opinion. What I couldn't understand yesterday was why Faurlin played no part in the game, second half we were overrun in midfield, an obvious remedy I would have thought.

I agree hoopsie...ale the only thing near a playmaker we have...I have always maintained you don't need all the possession to win matches but when you do have it it needs to have purpose and an end product!

    Why no Faurlin?

Alas we just aren't good enough, yes we do have some decent players but not the right characters in the right areas. However I genuinely do think the powers that be at the club are slowly moving things in the right direction. Hopefully this window will see the last of the big money underperforming players gone. Maybe the true on field improvements are going to take a while to show, we need to finish the season as strongly as possible and start forging a new identity next season. We do need to find a new captain and leader though, I've a lot of time for Ned but he's a bit too nice.

I thought we needed Ale too yesterday, but maybe he was not fit enough to do a lot and we have another game Tuesday

Looked like the intention was to play long ball so maybe Ale would have been wasted anyway. I think it's his injury history though, that said aside from the knees I don't think he is historically injured that often.

In the four games under Warnock we saw how our midfield could pass the ball and work together well. Faurlin is key of course but then so is the manager's approach. Hoofing the ball into the channels doesn't work for us.

Hoilett, Fer and Philips can't be in the same team. The workrate just isn't there.

No one on here should be shocked where we are
Maybe look onwards and look at your own expectations. Who gave you those?

We have had some brilliant players and managers at our club in the last few years yet we have failed or the people who run the club have failed you. This is their way of starting again which IMO we have to do

I have said fickle and infected fan base throughout the last 4/5 years because I was cross how we were acting

At last we are heading back to the start again ... All teams go through it
What makes what has happened worse is the opportunity of a West London club being completely mucked up by people and their egos

It's back to basics for a while and we will take different times to get there IMO

I would say we currently have a good squad on paper maybe one of the strongest in this division yet many just look at the league position

If we went on a run and got into and won the playoff does anyone on here seriously think that the club is ready for all this again?

Not doubt we could buy loads of new players and another coach spending SKY money but didn't we try that and failed like idiots?

Best we can hope for is to be in games and not look like we are going to lose by three each week
Charlton beat us easily at the start now look at them ?

New bloke Washington looks good in 5 minutes we wanted to make new stars again ... Let them have a go
