Our fans and the atmosphere

I've just got home from the game today.. absolutely drained. What a day out and tbh I thought our support was vocally class.

One seat was thrown onto the pitch (at least I only saw 1) and one flare was thrown onto the pitch. About 7 other flares were let off in our end throughout the course of the game. They did no harm and added to a great atmosphere from our end anyway. Saints fans have been texting me saying it's the best away support they have seen at St Mary's. We were incredibly loud and it was an awesome performance from our away support.

I hope you lads stay up though... Will be visiting St Mary's for our Premier League game in March which will hopefully be another good game

 

Fair play for the atmosphere, but why the hell you sound so proud about flares and seat going onto a pitch ... get a life.

 

Kiss your own arse......plastics on a day out most of you.

ps. thought Wycombe had a football team, not good enough eh?

 

And the explosion and crowd trouble?

There was a small minority of thuggish Chelsea fans today, and I hope there is no repeat.

 

I never said I was proud of the seats on the pitch and flare on the pitch. I don't mind the flares in our end... It's a bit of smoke and it did no harm to anyone... Ripping out seats is out of order though.

 

Your Chelsea fans were a disgrace mate, regardless of what you say, the Pompey fans were probably the loudest to come to St Mary's and they had less fans than you. Stop kissing your own bollocks and **** off.

 

Sound a bit envious there pal... Our support was class today. Vocally it was awesome and you can't deny it... your support meanwhile...

 

There was a small minority and I don't condone that at all tbh. With the crowd trouble I just saw police running down into the concourse and saw nothing more... The loud bang was a bit of a shock and not needed...

 

It's hard to have support when your lot nick all of our vocal end, with our vocal end dotted around the stadium.

That said, not the fans fault though.

 

Wasn't at the game, but we can't have a go about flares because we set them off last season at st marys and fratton park

 

Shame you only really had 3 main songs though.

"We know what we are!" - Bit now you totally flopped out and showed it to be a bit of a fluke.

"You're going down with the Rangers!" - Boring, uncreative, bit sad.

"Play Up Pompey!" - Dull, dull, dull. Done a million times and still ****.

 

We sung throughout and got behind the team. So our fans were ****e were they?

 

Thats the clubs fault though, and its something that needs to be addressed

 

True... there were little pockets either side of the away end... we'll see what it's really like when we play you in the league

 

Certainly is. Seems money was more important.

 

Erm... we had a huge number of chants more than that... I'm sure our bouncy looked good as well..

 

Your team were up for it, ours weren't. Your fans were up for it, ours weren't. Your manager prioritises the cups, ours the league.

That is all.

 

I hope you were well behaved unlike a few of your fans.

 

Never said you were ****e I said there are louder fans than your lot who even had less fans. I also said your fans are a disgrace, which they are. I'm also surprised you felt it was necessary to come onto our board and brag about your supporters. You make it sound as if we actually give a **** that you were there.

 

Flares aren't allowed at games, so you lot think you are above anyone else. Be interesting what you think when one goes in your eye.
