I would've literally preferred to bring on the bench itself... Throw it on there. Even with the inability to move it would have less chance of being caught offside than Papiss Cisse.
I think once from what I remember... Although in his defense I suspect that was down to not identifying the moment as an offensive move. Still, it doesn't really absolve him of his 'reputation' does it?
