    2/1 Still on holiday
    7/2 Contracted Alzheimers and can't find his way home.
    5/1 Contracted something else- and his wife won't let him home.
    8/1 Joined the French Foreign Legion.
    10/1 Tipped a winner and is still celebrating.
    12/1 Gone to stud.
    14/1 Got a lottery grant to set up Not 606- and has scarpered with the money.
    16/1 Seen in a bar in Botswana three days ago- is he really Lord Lucan?
    18/1 Back tomorrow.
    20/1 Never went on holiday- hiding from the gendarmes for tipping losers at his local cop shop.

    To be honest Tam, I'm fearing it may be something more serious.

    He is such a regular visitor, that I'm sure he would have at least have posted a note of apology for his absence, had he been able to.

    Although by nature I'm a pessimistic barsteward at the best of times. :emoticon-0107-sweat

    Nah, he's OK, everyone- take it from me!
    He 's been seen in London- getting his banker's bonus! I'm on my way to see him- to persuade him to put it on Hurricane Fly at 4/6 NRNB.

    I'll take the 25/1 back on 3rd March. Just made it (back at 23.00). When I'm paid out I can actually have a holiday.

    welcome back ron. i remember you posted something that made me think of the pole explorer and a tent but i didn't like to say that until you were back. [embarrassed at the thought smiley]
