That story was in circulation before yesterday's match and CP's comments. But Stu was not impressed so CP would sign Zoko at his peril. Whether Zoko in particular is the man or not, that is the sort of player on whom we should be spending our money, the better young third tier players from smaller clubs on whom CP will already have dossiers. We may also sign players from the top two tiers who have passed their best, and released youngsters who needed another season to make the step into the first team squad and ran out of time, but these we can get on frees.
TBH, i thought that Zoko was very anonyous - a bit like Rhodes at the Valley earlier this year - Morro just had him in his pocket the whole game , which to me shows how good Morro is. Maybe have a look at the full replay on CAFC Player during the week, but Carlisle generally gave us few problems yesterday.
