Terry jumped off the open top bus and is now hot footing it to Wembley, changing into his York City kit as he runs
Quality! Last nights events did rather blow your lot's claim to being the only English club to beat Bayern in their own backyard, didn't it? Loved this picture tho' please log in to view this image Would make for a great caption competition!
We're still the only English club to beat Bayern in the Olympic Stadium and as its now not their home, there is no chance of losing that record.
Wasn't it absolutely gut-wrenching seeing Terry in his full kit (even though he didn't play in the ****ing match), celebrating as if HE had just won the trophy ? What an absolute, complete full blown tosser. Sometimes, in a quiet moment your mind wanders and silly little things play on your mind. Like, who invented the word c*nt ? Who thought of it ? And why? What an awful word, what a dreadful sound, what a dreadful meaning. Then you see a picture of John Terry in your head and the answer becomes perfectly clear !
Something we and pretty much anyone in this country who's not a Chelsea fan can agree on. I'm fairly sure that when he retires he'll have a nervous break down. It's all Chelsea have gone on about for the last decade, he blew it, he didn't play on the big stage and they won without him. He'll need to win the Euro final (as in actually play in it) to make up for that one.
kiotii: thanks for that invigorating definition of c*nt!! Maybe cockney rhyming slang will adopt it? " Channel Ferry = John Terry = .....!
It was a neutral ground last night and they only won on penalties, I think the Norwich record is still intact!
Yeah, Wonky, you got me there, an English club "only" won the Champions League last night by "only" beating Bayern Munich on penalties, in Germany... As you say, your record is still intact!!
