http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/no-sort-punishment-couple-whose-3642099 I despair, as a proud (and I'd like to think responsible) dog owner, that the ****wits who seem to own the most difficult dogs to control and keep are most likely the ones to neglect them with tragic consequences. They should have got 10 years each for manslaughter. Someone on here once suggested that any dog over 30kg should have a special licence and be annually inspected. As a dog owner who owns a 32kg lab I'd welcome that (even the extra cost). You buy a big dog, you take on big responsibilities, just as big, powerful cars owners pay extra tax and so forth. These dogs would be better off 'euthanised' than the miserable existence some of them have. And so, to be frank, should some of their owners.
I agree cos it's cruel to a big dog to have it in bad unsuited conditions They need to run free, get excerise and such Good owners should have no issue, same as chopping etc
Wasn't familiar with that breed. Looked it up in Wikipedia This was in reference to the BBC article about the attack... / removed attached joke... probably in bad taste.
More and more I object to the idea of pets due to human inability to be responsible or actually give a **** about the animals they supposedly look after. I know you can't just get rid of pets as there are too many dogs, cats, chinchillas being bred but stricter controls should be in place. Have thought about owning an animal at various times but don't think I ever will now, just see it as cruel, you don't own anything in this world anyway.
When you get a dog it's family member, it thinks it's one of you. It's ****ing sickening to see ****s doing that ****. They are loyal ****ers when you treat them as they should be treated. I really don't see a difference between starving a dog and starving a kid. Someone deserves the same amount of porridge for both crimes
Terrible case this. One year inside is a joke, they will be out in 6 or 7 months. Phone-in on 5 live at the mo.
Yet another example of how this lazy, feckless, 'society' blaming, sponging, sub human, pond scum level of morons that this country has created over the last 30 years, treat life in general. Don't forget these ****ers breed. This is not only an issue that affects hounds.
What I don't get is when these dogs attack people why don't they just kick the **** out of them. Alright this guy was too old but if I had a snarling ****ter coming for me looking to maul me I'd just boot it and keep doing that till it either stopped or got knocked the **** out or its head was smashed in.
Same here, dogs can sense fear though. They can also sense if you'll tear them a new one. Never turn your back on an angry mutt
Unfortunately those with negative eugenics have increased their reproduction in this country, driven largely by the Welfare system that positively encouraged them to do so, from a financial standpoint. Joking aside, it's been a ticking time bomb for a generation.
Easier said than done. You're talking about a dog here that's over 50kgs. If they knock you over you're ****ed
had dogs when i was younger and was told would have to walk them in the morning and evening, never had a problem with that. sadly dogs are treated as a fashion accessory nowadays or to have certain types of dogs allegedly makes you look hard and not someone to mess with. my girls want a dog but told them we don't have the room, its a shame more people don't think that way. this law which sadly has changed too late for some, is as silly as the fecking drink driving laws.
If you create a system of free money you will always have takers. lets not forget why the welfare system is needed though. You can't grow your own food or have the means to sustain yourself if you got no job due to there being nowhere to do it. There are NO jobs for many young people, exactly wtf are they meant to do to survive, the spongers who just sponge are the minority lad. Welfare payments are pathetic, how can anyone even live on them I ask myself, a pittance
Welfare payments were always designed as a safety net and should always be there for that reason. However, the welfare issue started when people made them a career choice. We should have been at virtual full employment in this country by the mid to late '90's, but there were plenty who were choosing not to fill available jobs, favouring instead a life on their arse. We had to import labour from Eastern Europe and beyond, as a result of their 'choices'. This was never right, and now those 'choices' are being removed, and rightly so, as it's time people started taking responsibility for themselves again, instead of leaving it to the mythical state, which is actually me, and every other UK tax payer.
agree, don't forget foreigners who come to this country to allegedly better themselves and then sit on benefits, that's growing isnt it? or stopped now, not sure. personally speaking think that's wrong as if they come to this country it should be show me the job you have then, as i would get if i wanted to emigrate. some countries you have to have a certain amount of money to enter as well, not forgetting criminal records which i would be shafted on going certain countries, i have been a good boy now lol going on 17-18 yrs ish, but wont help me going abroad sadly, spent bollocks! trouble is the only time politicians care is when its voting time again, as they are so far removed from reality its a joke. think they should all be forced to use nhs services, see how keen the ****s are then to cut budgets.
