OT- The Great North Run 2012 - *Fundraising for MACMILLAN*

    Hi All,

    As some of you may be aware I’m entered again for the Great North Run 2012 on Sunday 16th September.

    As with last year I’ll be running for Macmillan, a charity very close to my heart.

    This is an appeal for you to raid the back of the sofa, the side of the car seat, your grannies purse or even your copper jar to sponsor me for this half marathon.

    This year there is a text donation option which is detailed on my page to make things even easier.

    as a young lad I used to get dragged into the Fulwell End to watch the likes of Gates, Gabbers, Ord, Agboola etc....

    no mate, I was a fat lad as a kid (no comments please) and my dad used to bribe me with a cowboy meal to get me to go from Brid-SAFC-Brid in a day to watch the game. Always remember being car sick roundabout Whitby though...

    Back to the topic, I'm already donating to the MACMILLAN Nurses but I'll throw another few £'s in, it's a great cause and the work they do can't really be appreciated unless you've actually seen it for yourself. They've all got hearts of gold.
