firstly the cricket was not great. i just want to comment on farflung and i went for day 2 and 3. yesterday we sat behind a blackpool fan, when things were looking bad i leant over and ask about matty phillips. they guy was really positive about him but one thing he said i think we learnt in the last couple of years, the gap between premiership and championship was massive. the second thing was the best bit. he said his dad played for us in the fifties and got 5 pounds a week. sorry i did not get the guys name as swan gave his wicket away and we stopped talking. england fans when we are good,we are by far the best in the world. the barmy army sang and sang. still seen as a bit of a freak show at the gabba and treated like scum which was a shame really
