Interesting piece in yesterday's Sunday Times re Pearson & LCFC. In particular they reference how NP works closely with his conditioning team (physios etc) and takes their advice on individuals training loads etc. Up to yesterday he has had 96% availability for his first team for both matches & training sessions. They looked at why they faded so badly last year and took their analysis to another level & we all know the results of an injury free settled team. Compared to what we've had to put up with this season it's a stark contrast. I don't think arry would pick a settled team even if he could and I think this is a stark contrast to the dinosaurs running our team compared to a progressive modern approach that looks at diet, individual conditioning requirements etc. Tony F should read this & learn
