Only ten months of this will be served in prison though...The rest from home under house arrest..

 

The Steenkamp family are just happy he's going to spend some time in jail, but the prosecution bungled the **** out of this trial. How is Nel a respected lawyer? He's embarrassed himself throughout the trial. Oscar should have been facing 10 genuine years in jail, and would have been if it weren't for Nel.

Wonder which side will appeal the decision...

 

Disgraceful, its all a big misunderstanding. He's innocent and should not be serving a day inside. Bubba will have him blades akimbo within days. Poor sod.................

 

Can't even make any "don't drop the soap remarks", because he doesn't exactly have to bend over to pick it up. Nobody would want to have buttsex with such a low down bum anyway...

 

He will be suffering from a cauliflowered arse within a few hours.

Absolute disgrace. It's a wonder the judge didn't tell Reeva's mother to pay for the damage to the door.

 

Think it's bonkers he wasn't given a murder sentence, but 5 years for manslaughter seems quite standard.

 

A woman I spoke to this afternoon says she feels sorry for him, he's had an awful life what with him losing his legs and she thinks I'm on the side of the defence

I reckon had he been black he'd be looking at least a 12-15 year stretch.

 

Anyone see that South African ex con earlier on sky news saying the disabled have it very bad inside and basically as soon as the cell door closes they will continuely raped?

Where is the justice?

 

Prosecution have insisted on his ankle being tagged when he gets out of prison..

 

His 10 months inside will be spent in a hospital wing in segregation. Pathetic justice by all accounts. Now had he been black..................

 

Murder in modern day society is a real option if you ask me it's less risk than a mortgage

 

He'll be out quicker than Pardew.

 

All the prison rape jokes are obsolete because he's actually serving his 10 months in prison in a private cell on the hospital ward, not just because he's a wealthy south African Olympian, but also because the South African prison system is under a lot of pressure! So basically Oscar Pistorious has gotten away with murder.

What's even stranger is his now deceased ex-girlfriends parents not only said that justice has been served, when it clearly wasn't. But since the incident they have also accepted money from Oscar. Openly. But them made the claim that they didn't accept the much larger amount of money because THAT was blood money. Something incredibly devilish is going on here.

 

If he was black and shot his gorgeous white blonde girlfriend? It would surely be calls for the death penalty or life imprisonment?

 

Pistorious will be out of prison before Pardew gets sacked
