    Great OP, Dave

Anne Boleyn - fascinating, courageous, Machiavellian woman, mother of our greatest monarch, executed at 35

Emily Bronte - literary genius, died from consumption at 29

John Lennon - musical genius, murdered in New York at 40

Live music to end - John Lennon, Just Gimme Some Truth - aimed at the disingenuous reprobates that rule us

Damn you Rangercol - I was going to have Elizabeth 1st (I have a thing about being 'original' in these kinds of gamws. Great game, btw.)
    Bill Hicks
    William Shakespeare
    Alfred The Great

Music - this is the most difficult one. Metallica? The Pogues? Robert Johnston? Nah my choice is
Kate Bush - solo piano performance of Man With The Child In His Eyes
