Thanks maple. The yanks didnt know what hit them yesterday. Canada gave Sweden same kind of treatment today and only bad luck prevent 7-0 or 8-0 result. Congratulations maple and i doubt Finland could have much better in the final.
Sweden's only chance was to score the first goal, I don't think any can say the Canadians didn't deserve to win, at least Cindy didn't get the gwg!
Flyer, I really don't know why you have such a hard on for him, he's gone through quite a hard time in recent years with concussions after cheap hits.
Its not just me, all flyer fans hate him like all QPR fans hate terry. Some Canadian fans can't even cheer for Canada with him on the team. Those hits were deserved after he hides behind the refs and won't fight yet is always yapping like he wants to go. Watch a few flyers pens game and see.

I was in sauna yesterday but celebrated the bronze only with beer and champaigne. Koskenkorva and sauna is lethal and trying to avoid it nowadays. Bronze was magnificent achievement consired we lost three of our best centerforwards ( S.Koivu, M.Koivu and Filppula)before the olympics and fourth (Barkov) during the games.

Fair enough mate but i remember gretzky running his mouth behind semenkos or mcsorleys back. Thats why i prefer lemioux anyday before 99. Lindroos, well he was mighty boy shame that his head didnt take all the tackles he gave or got.
Pinero's my face player, but the treatment he got from the flyers was a disgrace, I'm glad they patched things up though. Lemieux was a pen so yes automatically disliked by me, he was also one of the biggest whiners in the league and crosby lived with him so no wonder he became a huge whiner too. I respect tough, even borderline dirty players like lindros but hate divers, whiners and cheaters. Jarko ruutu, Claude lemieux, crosby, tie domi and Darcy tucker etc. Its why I hate Ronaldo, neymar etc even though they have a lot of talent and Holt, Johnson, young who have no talent.
Jarkko Ruutu is a headbasket and very similar to Joey Barton. Intelligent for a hockplayer but loses the plot sometimes alltogether and has a reputation which follows him. Refs "favourite" and plays right now for jokerit in finnish Liga. Just like Barton he is better player that some peoples think.
I forgot matt cooke whos an utter sleaze ball and subban on that list. Cooke has seriously injured many players.
