Lucciano Pizzichini started playing guitar when he was two years old, by the time he was seven he was performing in front of live audiences and he's the youngest artist ever to be sponsored by Gibson guitars. This him at the age nine(warning - If you're an average guitarist who's been playing for years, this might make you give up completely)... Once he grows and has adult sized hands, he's going to be insanely good. I'd say so good he'd be in with of a chance of the best guitarist to ever live. It's mental enough how his hand span stretches now at age 9, when he's fully grown he'll probably be able to reach the 12th fret from the 1st Time will tell.
This is him doing a gig when he was seven, it's mental...
Not quite in the same class but still brilliant - has anyone seen our own local guitar heroes (Farino). I saw them for the first time at Pocklington last week and they were ace. Some good performance videos on their website.
That kid's obviously sold his soul to the devil. I've got a guitar and I'm ****ing gash. I get it wrong all the time. Then this kid comes along and he obviously doesn't even have to think about it that much, it's just immense natural talent. Something, alas, I was not blessed with...
Holy **** - he even has a rock star hair cut. He looks like he's dislocating his fingers with the lightening speed he moves up and down the fret. ****it, my guitar is now firewood!
He's a fantastic talent. It's more jazz blues in the first clip and latin blues (like Santana) in the second. My only criticism (and it's not his fault cos he's only young) is the lack of feeling. As anyone who plays the blues knows, it's not so much the content but the FEELING that separates average players from the greats.
This is him playing Santana, to Santana...
