Not sure about the best place to buy or the prices a quick Google should sort that out , but from an ex motorcycle rider (and now just an ordinary cyclist) I think you are starting to learn at the wrong time of the year and if you do get on the road then dress up like a Christmas Tree, even then some car drivers will not see you.
