Rahma Sultana carried out a campaign of sickening violence on two victims, who have been left scarred for life. Newcastle Crown Court heard one girl was burnt with hair straighteners, bitten on the hands, hit over the head with a glass bottle, had chilli powder rubbed in her eyes and fresh chilli rubbed into her private parts. A second, younger girl was stabbed with a pen, bitten, burnt with straighteners and punched. Judge Simon Hickey said the brutal behaviour was âinexcusableâ as he sentenced Sultana to two and a half years behind bars for child cruelty. No chance - She'll be free in less than 18 months! The Justice system in this country is a joke - if she'd done this in America she'd be locked up for 10 years I reckon.
anybody who commits this kind of abuse on kids need a much longer sentence. most of us would never dream of doing anything like this and a s a parent i would do anything to stop my son from suffering harm. this woman must have some sort of mental disorder and needs therepy to make her understand how wrong what she did really is.
Sentences seem to very lenient at the moment. There's just been a lad on the front page of the chronicle and Gazette who battered his girlfriend, puts tabs out on her, cut her right arm open and stabbed her through the stomach. The girl who he abused then took her own life. He's also previously been to jail for similar sorts of offences and all he got was 5 year.
I remember a bloke getting locked up for child sex charges and requesting that "the state" castrate him as he could not stop himself doing it but he knew it was wrong - it was something in his mind which made him do it but he wanted to stop - the state refused, he was released 10 years later and guess what happened! The government have no balls when it comes to these people - **** the "Human rights" ****e - all prisoners should lose their human rights as soon as they commit a crime - particularly a child molestation or murder

A TEENAGER had sex with a 13-year-old girl at a birthday party, then shared photos of their illegal liaison on social media. The 16-year-old was one of three boys who took part in sex acts with the youngster, Sunderland Youth Court was told. Although the girl admitted that she agreed to what took place, the court heard she was under the age of consent and that images were later shared on social networking sites. A Washington teenager who had sex with her was 15 at the time. He admitted two counts of engaging in sexual activity with the girl on two separate occasions. He also admitted one count of possessing indecent photographs of a child and two counts of distributing indecent photographs of a child. The two other teenagers – one from Washington and one from High Barnes – admitted letting the girl perform sex acts on them. One admitted engaging in sexual activity with the girl and making and possessing indecent photographs of a child. The other teenager admitted one charge of engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl, two counts of making indecent photographs of a child and one count of possessing indecent photographs of a child at a separate hearing. All the youths were 15 at the time but now 16. None of the youths involved can be named for legal reasons. Defending one of the teens who admitted sexual activity, Gavin Sword said his client deeply regretted what had happened and had written a letter to the girl. He added: “He said he did not want to do what he did and was not strong enough to walk out of the room. It is something that he very much regrets. “He got himself caught up in some sexual experimentation, as teenagers tend to do, which brought him before the court.” Phillipa Wylie, defending the other two teens, said they were also embarrassed and ashamed by what had happened. She said: “It was a party they had attended. The complainant has been there with her friends. She has been open to the act of sex. Indeed, she has taken an active participation in that. “While I accept fully that does not condone their actions, she has clearly had some consent in this.” District Judge Roger Elsey told the boys: “You are being sentenced for what are clearly very serious offences, and in sentencing you, I have the harm that has been caused to the victim very much in mind.” The teenager who had sex with the schoolgirl was sentenced to spent nine months in a youth detention centre. The judge told him: “She was a schoolgirl, and you should have had a good idea of her age. “You took advantage of a girl who was not able to give consent to sexual activity, and, in my judgement, in relation to the second incident, you were the prime mover of the events that occurred.” The other two were handed 12-month referral orders. Kind of what i was thinking. Some lass 13 gets bucked by some lad 15 and it's uproar, what is the lad was 13 and the las 15, would it have reached court? guess not.
I find this very strange. Three lads get done for having sex with an underage girl yet the girl gets **** all for having sex with three underage boys! The law seems very one sided here. Must be only males that can be guilty of underage sex then eh?
