Does anyone here make some money from Internet marketing? Niche sites, affiliates etc? Looking to start - conscious Google have made it more challenging recently - any thoughts or tips welcome! Thx
if you have your own product to try and sell maybe it might be worth something to someone. if you are referring to digital products that people can buy and download i wouldn't waste your time or money to be honest. very very dodgy territory you are going into, lots of scams out there just to get you to sign up, take it you have seen the many "limited time offer" crap etc where they try and tell you offer wont be available next day so grab while you can bollocks, thats what you will probably end up trying to sell to other gullible people there probably are some genuine ones out there, but if there is, it will probably take a lot of hard work to get any return as you need to build up your lists, also people have much better spam filters now days lol. Ebay i have been told is one to get into with the drop shipping etc, but i don't know how difficult it is to setup or initial cost required to do so. whatever you do, make you have thoroughly researched before hand
Ebay isnt profitable anymore if you're planning on selling, the fees they introduced to listings mean the amount of time and work it takes to just make a sale and post it is not worth the profit.
didn't know that Ze, cheers maybe explains why Facebook is becoming more popular with selling as no fees(yet lol) to buy and sell on there(my other half does that ****), just have to be very careful that is all, as a lot of it requires you going there or someone coming to your house, and have had people attacked(mainly women) and **** because of it.
Problem with selling on facebook is there are no guarantees. We bought a pram for £500 on facebook and later realised a wheel was buckled and the suspension was broken, we complained to the seller but had no consumer rights, we've had to pay over £100 to get it fixed, my other half has made customised hoods and cosy toes so when we go to sell it we should recover a fair chunk of our money. At least E-bay has that guarentee.
Facebook is for small deals not ideal for substantial purchases. Having said that, its only like buying something advertised in a paper.
